Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked. If Offsite isn't for you, email elias.gomez@live.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you bought with, and you'll get a full refund of the $10.

The details, such as they are

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method by our checkout provider, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• You're welcome to say what didn't work — it genuinely helps — but you don't have to.
• After a refund your license key is deactivated. Your backups are untouched: they live in your own storage account and remain plain, readable files with or without Offsite.
• Storage costs billed by your storage provider (e.g. Backblaze) are between you and them — we can't refund money we never received.

After 14 days

Write anyway. If something is broken for you, we'd rather fix it or make it right than keep $10 from someone having a bad time.
